I build web applications; I've been building online since completing my masters in the unrelated field of music. I've built them on my own, as a part of a team and leading teams. I'm currently in my element as the CTO of Formisimo.
I love fostering my team in their goal to be the best tech department in the North of England. At the same time I love having a massive influence on such a vibrant fast moving start-up; it's a great feeling being an important part of such a successful company.
